We are currently seeking two experienced Site Managers to join a reputable main contractor on exciting projects based in Oxford.

Both positions offer a solid 12+ month duration with the potential for extension. You will be working directly for the main contractor, taking responsibility for day‑to‑day site management, subcontractor coordination, health & safety compliance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high‑quality work on time and within budget.

Projects

• Technology Park Development: Managing the construction of the final 6 units within a large‑scale technology park.
• Office Building Refurbishment: Overseeing a major refurbishment and fit‑out of a high‑profile office building.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent).
• Ability to lead site operations and manage subcontractors effectively.
