Experienced Site Manager – Civils & Build – 18 Week Project

We are seeking a highly capable Site Manager with proven experience in both Civils and Build to lead an 18-week project starting imminently. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fast‑paced site and deliver a high‑quality scheme on time and within budget.

Location:Withernsea
Duration: 18 Weeks
Start Date:24/11/2025
Rate: Competitive CIS Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
• Drive progress and proactively resolve site issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong background in both Civils (e.g. groundworks, drainage) and Build (e.g. structural, fit-out).
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage tight programmes and deliver results.
