Team Manager

Location: Kendal, Cumbria

Salary: £29,138.20 – 30,667 pro rata per annum + Onboarding payment £500

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 21 hours per week (Part Time)

Qualifications / Experience
  • Experience in Learning Disability services.
  • Experience as a Team Manager within a CQC regulated service.
  • Level 5 or higher qualification in Leadership and Management (desirable).
  • Strong leadership, supportive, empathy, organisational skills.
  • Innovative and broad experience in driving customer goals, outcomes and aspirations.
  • Competent with IT software and willing to learn and mentor colleagues.
