In this role, you'll proactively engage with customers, build rapport quickly, and advise on products and services to provide the best solutions—ensuring customers leave satisfied with what they need and want.

You will work with a team to drive sales across the Halfords group through referrals for services such as Tyres, MOT, and car maintenance. Recommending the right solutions—whether on-site, at our Autocentres, or via our Mobile Expert van—is key to your success.

Building strong relationships with colleagues in our Autocentre and Mobile Expert teams will help deliver a seamless customer experience.
