A leading housing provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Allocations Coordinator to ensure smooth lettings and allocations. The role involves providing assurance that all allocations meet legal and policy standards while collaborating with the Allocations Manager. Ideal candidates will have a CIH Level 3 or be willing to undertake it, alongside relevant experience in housing compliance. This position offers a hybrid work model with a focus on fostering positive relationships within the community.
£38,200

Looking for your next step? Become a Senior Allocations Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring our lettings and allocations run smoothly and fairly. You’ll provide a critical second line of assurance in decision‑making, making sure every allocation meets policy, legal, and regulatory standards. Working closely with the Allocations Manager and team, you’ll help deliver efficient, compliant allocations services, and support transparent resolution of tenancy queries.
Salary: £38,200 per year
Contract: Permanent, full time
Week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am–5:15pm)
Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in Boston or Lincoln office
