Job summary
A healthcare technology firm is seeking a candidate with a laboratory background to provide support for LIMS platforms. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining data interfaces, and collaborating with teams to optimize system performance. Ideal for those with practical laboratory and biomedical science experience, the position requires an understanding of workflow design and adherence to regulatory standards. Start date is January 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for LIMS platforms.
- Apply practical laboratory experience to support workflow design.
- Maintain and troubleshoot middleware and data interfaces.
- Assist with upgrades, validation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with lab teams, IT, and vendors for improvements.
Start date : Jan 2026 / Laboratory Background Needed.
- Provide technical and functional support for LIMS platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Apply practical laboratory and biomedical science experience to support accurate workflow design and system usage.
- Maintain and troubleshoot middleware, analyser connectivity, and instrument-to-LIMS data interfaces.
- Assist with upgrades, validation, testing, and documentation in line with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with lab teams, IT, and vendors to optimise system performance and drive continuous improvement.
