Post: Business Support Assistant

Bonnyrigg Health Centre. There will also be regular travel to the Acute Site Royal Infirmary and Royal Edinburgh Hospital (office base).

Expectation to cross cover other acute/office sites across NHS Lothian.

An exciting opportunity within the Department of Public Health for admin support to the Healthy Respect and Quit Your Way Tobacco Control Teams. The department aims to improve public health in Lothian.

The candidate should have good administrative and clerical skills, experience with IT, calendar management, and knowledge of standard software. Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The role offers support and development in administrative skills.

• Provide administrative support to the Quit Your Way Tobacco Control Team.
• Update the National Smoking Cessation database with performance data.
• Support the delivery of high-quality services to patients.
• Work closely with senior managers and practitioners.

Based in Bonnyrigg Health Centre, with travel to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh required.
