A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager/Project Manager for a 10-week refurbishment project in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure health and safety compliance throughout the project. Ideal applicants will possess a valid SMSTS and Black CSCS Card, along with proven experience in similar projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience on refurbishment/fit-out projects.
- SMSTS and Black CSCS Card essential.
- Available to work on-site in Edinburgh for the full programme.
Responsabilités
- Oversee project from start to finish on a refurbishment/fit-out site.
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
- Maintain health & safety compliance and ensure the programme stays on track.
- Act as the principal point of contact for the client team.

Start Date: Week commencing 22nd or 29th September – TBC
Programme: 8-10 weeks
We\'re seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to oversee this project from start to finish. You\'ll be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and keeping the programme on track. You\'ll also act as the key point of contact for the client team, ensuring smooth delivery throughout.
