This great role administers a limited portfolio of private debt fund structures, being involved in complex transactions and taking part in fee negotiations; assisting with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, managing aged debtors; managing training, appraisals, and development of the team; attending and leading client board meetings and shareholder meetings; coordinating legal, tax, and other professional advice; developing and maintaining the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships; acting as a “B” level 4-eyes signatory; overseeing WIP, billing, and cash collection for clients; participating in the integration of new clients and structures into procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
A relevant professional qualification (ICSA or equivalent) expected but not mandatory if the candidate can demonstrate relevant practical experience; experience with private debt, private equity, or real estate structures is an advantage but not essential; evidence in day-to-day management and supervision of a team; excellent interpersonal and relationship skills; quick to learn new systems. Training will be provided.
