What the job involves

• Evaluate real estate‑backed lending opportunities and provide clear feedback to originators
• Conduct financial modelling and assess loan / asset risks, presenting key insights to the team
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums, highlighting the opportunity, due diligence, and risk analysis
• Stay informed on the UK real estate market and attend borrower meetings, due diligence reviews, and site visits
• Ensure the accuracy of financial details in legal documentation for deals you’re involved in

Who we are looking for
