What You’ll Do

As an AI Expert - Associate Director, you’ll drive Singulier’s most advanced AI missions, combining strategic impact with hands‑on technical leadership. You’ll lead engagements across Due Diligence, Transformation, Implementation, and Build, with a strong focus on LLM architectures, AI Agentix frameworks, and AI‑enabled business models.

You will be both a trusted advisor to executives and a technical architect capable of designing and building scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• AI & Tech Due Diligence
• Assess AI, data, and tech maturity in investment contexts.
• Evaluate model architectures, scalability, and business impact potential.
• Identify key value levers and technology risks for investors.
• Transformation & AI Strategy
• Define AI roadmaps and data strategies aligned with value creation goals.
• Design architectures leveraging LLMs, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) , and AI Agentix ecosystems.
• Translate AI opportunities into tangible operating model shifts.
• Implementation & Build
• Lead end‑to‑end design and build of AI systems and intelligent agents.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to operationalize prototypes at scale.
• Ensure robustness, security, and efficiency in deployed solutions.
• Practice Leadership & Growth
• Contribute to building Singulier’s AI frameworks, playbooks, and accelerators.
• Mentor teams on AI engineering, productization, and client impact.
• Support business development and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in AI, data, or applied tech consulting.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI Agentix frameworks, and system architecture design.
• Proven experience in building and deploying production‑grade AI or data systems.
• Track record in Due Diligence, digital transformation, or AI delivery.
• Strategic mindset and ability to simplify complex tech topics for C‑level audiences.
• Hands‑on familiarity with modern AI stacks (LangChain, Vector DBs, MLOps, etc.) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.
