We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to play a key strategic and operational role in aligning people practices with business priorities across Endeavour’s portfolio and internal teams. This role acts as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, ensuring that HR solutions are proactive, scalable, and aligned with the unique environment of high‑growth, multi‑entity organizations.
The Human Resources Business Partner needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self‑motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
Base Salary Range: $140,000 USD - $160,000 USD
