Key Responsibilities

Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by deeply understanding their teams, objectives, and challenges across a multi‑entity environment.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints with assigned business units to ensure alignment on people strategy and execution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, organizational design, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Leverage HR data and trends to inform people strategies and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead the resolution of complex employee relations matters with objectivity, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, working with legal counsel as necessary.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational change initiatives.
  • Facilitate performance processes, career development conversations, and training initiatives
  • Facilitate compensation planning in partnership with department leads and direct managers, making thoughtful recommendations based on team dynamics and market data
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR programs, systems, and practices.
  • Support HR integration for new business units or portfolio companies when applicable.
  • Perform other people‑focused initiatives and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including in an HRBP or advisory capacity
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM‑SCP strongly preferred
Specific Skills / Abilities
  • Strong background in resolving complex employee relations issues and supporting leadership through change.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a company‑building environment, multi‑entity or decentralized business environments.
  • Comfortable building processes from the ground up and influencing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Polished and professional demeanor and communication style, both oral and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, plan and perform multiple urgent tasks seamlessly.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance standards.
  • High integrity and emotional intelligence, with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with care.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms such as Lattice, ADP, or Deel
  • Experience supporting high‑growth or private‑equity‑backed businesses is a plus.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
