Role Specification:
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to the highest standard
- Manage waste disposal and recycling throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness of fridges, freezers, storage areas, and handwashing stations
- Support with daily and weekly cleaning checklists and health & safety compliance
- Restock service areas with clean crockery, cutlery, and kitchen essentials
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and wear appropriate PPE
- Work flexibly and support your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen procedures
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
