The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Design Manager to join our Financial Services, UK Workforce Transformation team and support delivery across our solution offerings of Future Workforce, Future Organisation Design and Future Performance.
Overview of the role
As an Organisational Design Manager in our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of transformative organisational design projects for our clients. You'll work within a team deliver innovative and insightful solutions, showcasing best-practice insights to support successful client delivery. As a Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day delivery support across project teams, contributing to effective go-to market strategies and supporting development of our overall organisation design capability and solution offering by providing counselling and upskilling opportunities to our more junior team members.
