A leading British clothing retailer is seeking a Store Manager in Skipton to enhance sales performance and team dynamics. The successful candidate will drive store success, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for team recruitment, training, and motivation within a positive work environment while managing store expenditures effectively. You will be the one to take full accountability in driving consistent improvement to the store’s sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. You will recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store, whilst maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.
