Our client is a global, mission-led technology company seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join their busy in-house legal department. This position offers a significant opportunity for career progression and development.

Based in London, the company has a hybrid working policy, preferring employees to work in the office 2-3 days per week.

• Be a UK-qualified solicitor with solid training at a top law firm.
• Have between 2-4 years PQE.
• Possess broad commercial legal experience, with a leaning towards software or technology sectors.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ability to assist with a wide range of legal matters such as IP, corporate, data privacy, compliance, and property.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, good business acumen, and commercial awareness. They should be ambitious, eager to advance their career, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In-house experience is desirable but not essential; private practice lawyers seeking to move in-house with relevant business and commercial skills will also be considered.

While the client envisages candidates with 2-4 years PQE as ideal, applications from candidates outside this range with relevant experience will also be considered.
