Qualifications

• Previous experience managing the defence of EL/PL casualty claims is essential.
• Previous experience managing the defence of motor/fraud/disease claims is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedure preferable.
• Experience of handling your own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims.
• Liaise with clients, opponents, court, and witnesses.
• Assist the Partners and senior handlers with their cases.
