Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements
• Work closely with a variety of clients including SMEs, startups and established national brands
• Drive business development through networking, marketing and building client relationships
• Take an active role in mentoring junior colleagues and supporting team development
• Contribute to firm wide initiatives, including social events, strategy sessions and community outreach

What You'll Bring

• 3-6 years' PQE in corporate law, ideally from a leading regional or City firm
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• A client following or a strong interest in developing new business
• A personable, pragmatic, and professional approach
