Join us at Richmond Village Letcombe Regis, South Street, Oxfordshire, OX12 9RG, as a Care Assistant. We offer a competitive rate of £13.20 per hour, paid breaks, and a £500 welcome bonus.

This is a permanent position available for full or part-time hours, across 12-hour shifts (08:00 - 20:00 or 20:00 - 08:00), including alternate weekends.

Successful candidates will receive a one-off Starter Bonus of £500, payable after completing four weeks of service, subject to tax and NI deductions. Terms and conditions apply.

1. Assist residents with high standards of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs.
