A healthcare provider in Bridgwater seeks a Healthcare Assistant or Phlebotomist to join their team. Responsibilities include performing health checks, assisting with patient care, and collaborating with the clinical team. Candidates should hold relevant qualifications and have experience in a primary care setting. This role offers flexible part-time hours and competitive pay at £12.65 to £12.69 per hour.
North Petherton Surgery (near Bridgwater in Somerset) who are part of Symphony Healthcare Services and the North Sedgemoor Primary Care Network; are looking to recruit a permanent / part timeHealthcare Assistant (HCA) or Phlebotomistto join their friendly andforward-thinking practice.
Working under the direct supervision of the PracticeNurse and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines andprotocols, the Healthcare Assistants / Phlebotomists will assist the practice clinical team inthe provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.
We have 16 vacant hours available and specific working patterns (days and times) will be agreed during the interview process.
Pay Rate:£12.65 per hour (Phlebotomist starting rate) or £12.69per hour (HCA starting rate).
This is an excellent opportunity for people passionate about patient care and who are eager to support individuals in navigating health and care systems, whilst working closely with the clinical teams to improve patient outcomes.
