We are seeking an experienced or Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor to join our client’s successful team in Nottingham.
Meeting and greeting customers, presenting show homes, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Guiding purchasers through the full sales process from initial enquiry to legal completion.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
Managing and progressing reservations, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams.
Proactively generating leads through effective follow-up and marketing initiatives.
Proven experience in new homes sales.
Strong sales track record with the ability to close deals and drive results.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Professional, proactive, and target-driven approach.
Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to the needs of the business.
