Overview

We are seeking an experienced or Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor to join our client’s successful team in Nottingham.

The Role
  • Meeting and greeting customers, presenting show homes, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

  • Guiding purchasers through the full sales process from initial enquiry to legal completion.

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

  • Managing and progressing reservations, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams.

  • Proactively generating leads through effective follow-up and marketing initiatives.
