Role: Assistant Chef

Salary: £13.49 per hour

Hours: Hours as and when required

Location and Department: Health and Social Care (Catering and Hospitality S) / Sanctuary Care

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Chef Manager to prepare a varied set of quality menus for residents
  • Promote and monitor food hygiene and safety standards, carry out risk assessments and keep the kitchen clean to a high standard
  • Interact daily with residents, visitors and colleagues; be friendly, approachable and passionate
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a catering environment
  • Valid food hygiene certificate
