we are looking for an experienced Night shift Transport First Line manager, with managerial experence

- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
- Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
- Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!
- Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship - essential
- Experence in managing large teams with in transport /Logistic environment -essential
- Has transport experence with compliance and safety experence - desirable
- Hold an International CPC Qualification (desirable )
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
- Happy to work 12 hrs shift , 4 days on, 4 days off
- Happy to work in consumer and convivence Logistics
