Pay Rate: £31,000+ Any Shift Premium + Any Overtime
Grade: RCS N | Nights Shift
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off | 18:00 - 6:00
Location: Northampton, NN4 9BD

  • Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
  • Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
  • Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!
✅ WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship - essential
  • Experence in managing large teams with in transport /Logistic environment -essential
  • Has transport experence with compliance and safety experence - desirable
  • Hold an International CPC Qualification (desirable )
  • Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
  • Happy to work 12 hrs shift , 4 days on, 4 days off
  • Happy to work in consumer and convivence Logistics
