- Greet guests warmly and manage check‑in/check‑out processes.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information on spa services and promotions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking system.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Keep reception and retail areas clean, organized, and inviting.
- Promote spa packages, gift cards, and retail products.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (hair, beauty, fitness, or spa setting).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with booking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Friendly, professional demeanour and attention to detail.
- Passion for guest care and creating a soothing atmosphere.
