Are you a versatile Assistant Head Chef with experience working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and work alongside passionate people, using locally sourced produce to provide high-quality food that delights our guests. As Assistant Head Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring procedures are followed and dish specifications are precisely met. You will also help adapt our menu to meet the needs of our business and guests through flexible menu writing processes.
