Join Westfield Rise, URW’s in‑house retail media agency

At Westfield Rise, we’re redefining retail media. As URW’s one‑stop shop for innovative and dynamic campaigns, we harness best‑in‑class media assets and advertising capabilities to connect brands with millions of shoppers across our centres. Our team spans Brand Experience, Media, and Data & Services, and now we’re looking for a driven sales professional to join the Media & Data vertical.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting media revenue targets, driving business development across our Media and Rise+ Data offerings, and unlocking strategic growth opportunities across the UK portfolio (currently four centres, with expansion on the horizon).

What you will be doing…
  • Grow the business: You’ll drive sales of Westfield Rise Media and Rise+ Data products, helping us hit ambitious revenue targets.
  • Own the pipeline: From spotting leads to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, you’ll keep our sales pipeline strong and active.
  • Be the market expert: You’ll build relationships across the UK OOH landscape, connecting with agencies, retailers, and partners to expand our reach.
  • Champion data solutions: You’ll sell Rise+ Data products and work closely with our Data team to deliver insights that matter.
  • Collaborate for impact: You’ll partner with JCDecaux, Ocean Outdoor, and internal teams to create integrated, innovative campaigns that combine media and data.
  • Lead with insight: You’ll be the go‑to person for Rise+ Data, sharing expertise, troubleshooting, and ensuring clients get the best experience.
  • Keep us on track: You’ll provide clear reporting and forecasting, ensuring performance is measured, opportunities are spotted, and compliance is maintained.
  • Set the standard: You’ll represent URW with professionalism, consistency, and a drive to share best practices across our global portfolio.
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
  • Industry know‑how: At least 3 years’ proven success in media sales, sponsorship, or partnerships.
  • Sales expertise: Strong commercial skills and deep knowledge of the media market and industry trends.
  • Creative flair: Confident in developing standout pitches and presenting with impact.
  • Client focus: Skilled at identifying opportunities, tailoring outreach, and converting leads into sales.
  • Great communicator: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at every level.
  • Analytical mindset: Able to interpret data, solve problems, and make smart decisions under pressure.
  • Influencer & negotiator: Adept at building networks and negotiating effectively within the media ecosystem.
