A prominent transport organization in Scotland is seeking a Head of Commercial Development to drive commercial strategy and revenue growth. Our Head of Commercial Development is responsible for delivering our commercial strategy, driving revenue and journey growth by creating the vision and setting strategic objectives to drive performance. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will create a rail fares and product roadmap to meet our customers expectations whilst leveraging technology to deliver an outstanding experience across every touchpoint including online, in-station, and on-board our trains. The successful candidate will own the customer journey, ensuring its inclusive and accessible, whilst leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects that make rail the first choice for travel.

We offer a hybrid working model which is typically 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
