General Operative

Location: Immingham – you must have your own transport or live locally.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30. Pay Rate: £12.36 per hour.

Are you looking for a hands‑on role with a leading fertiliser company in Immingham? We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating machinery for the bagging and packaging of fertiliser products.
  • Ensuring products are weighed, packed, and labelled accurately.
  • Conducting general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assisting with loading/unloading and general warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Adhering to all health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
