We are working in partnership with a leading Northern Ireland law firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join their award-winning team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a firm consistently recognised for advising on Northern Ireland's most high-profile corporate and private equity transactions. With a sharp commercial focus, this firm supports clients across the full business lifecycle - from incorporation and investment to mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and sale.
As a senior member of the Corporate team, you will:
Lead and advise on complex M&A, joint ventures, and investment transactions
Provide strategic input on governance, restructuring, and shareholder matters
- Work closely with clients ranging from scale-ups to international investors
- Collaborate with specialist teams across employment, commercial, and real estate to deliver integrated advice
- Play a key role in mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to business development
About You
You will bring:
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate law
- Strong experience in leading transactions and managing client relationships
- Commercial acumen and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice
