As a Document Review Paralegal / Support Lawyer you can gain experience within a Magic Circle law firm, working in-house or in an alternative legal service provider environment. You will get experience working with document review software, such as Relativity, as well as working closely with Linklaters clients, providing advice, training, assistance and offering exceptional client service.
Role overview We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Banking Corporate Structured Lending team. This embedded role will focus on supporting senior and mezzanine financing transactions, property finance and real estate finance mandates. Please note that this position does not cover pure real estate matters; applicants must demonstrate a clear background in real estate finance and complex financing transactions.
