This is an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor or existing Senior Associate to join a high-performing national team from the firm's central London office. The role involves advising a dynamic client base that includes VC-backed start-ups, institutional investors, scale-ups, and international businesses. Work will span M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and broader corporate governance matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in running transactions, mentoring junior team members, and supporting the wider strategic growth of the London corporate offering.

Applications are invited from experienced Corporate Solicitors with at least 4 years\' PQE. A strong background in transactional work, particularly VC investment rounds, growth capital, and advising high-growth and tech-focused businesses, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to take the lead on matters while working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm. Prior experience gained in a recognised City, national, or highly regarded regional practice is expected. An interest in business development and mentoring junior lawyers is also highly desirable.
