Senior Associate Solicitor (Commercial Property), 5+ Years PQE, Swindon, £70,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven experience in managing, mentoring, and inspiring a successful commercial property team. JOB REF: 1486

Responsibilities

• You'll play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high-quality legal services, and driving business growth.
• Lead and supervise a high-performing commercial property team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their development.
• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
• Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm’s regional reputation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in a commercial property role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Outstanding client care and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems.
