Job summary
A local authority recruitment firm in Nottinghamshire seeks a Planning/Property Paralegal for a 3-month position. Responsibilities include drafting agreements under various regulations and managing commercial leases. Responsibilities
- Undertake negotiations and drafting in relation to section 278 and section 38 Highways Act Agreements.
- Assist with section 106 agreements.
- Handle commercial property leases and licences.

Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are seeking a Planning Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their Legal Services team. The position will require some office attendance on a weekly basis but the rest of the role can be worked remotely.
