This multi office West Midlands practice seeks a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 5 years+ PQE to join their office based just outside Birmingham city centre.

The firm is expanding and you will work as part of a busy and friendly team, managing a varied caseload including:

• Contractual issues including claims made under personal guarantees
• Professional negligence
• Company and partnership disputes
• Shareholder disputes
• Freezing and search orders
• High value personal disputes
• Insolvency litigation

There is a varied client base including large companies, professionals, and SMEs. You will be able to demonstrate excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and be looking to participate in business development and networking.
