Your Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied commercial property caseload, including:
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Sales and leases
• Landlord and tenant
• Commercial and Residential development and infrastructure
• Finance and securities
• Overage and clawback
• Development agreements
• Exposure to agricultural land matters
• Options and conditional contracts
• Sales and Purchases of businesses (including hotels, pubs etc)

• Play a key role in enhancing the firm’s reputation
• Engage with an established & diverse client base

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualification as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years of experience
• Any additional agricultural experience is beneficial but not mandatory
