Our client are seeking a corporate lawyer with M&A experience to join them in their impressive offices in Bristol.

While the focus is on the education sector, our client are open to candidates with solid experience in transaction work provided they have a demonstrated interest in the education sector.

The successful candidate can expect have direct contact with high-level clients and work on high-profile matters. Our client's education and charities sectors ensure a steady workflow and high-calibre projects so the quality of work is second to none working for clients ranging from SMEs to multi-national organizations.

To be considered you will be a qualified Solicitor with at leats 2 years PQE, be commercially aware, a team player with exceptional communication skills.
