Legal Secretary – Conveyancing
East Belfast
We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Conveyancing team of a busy, well-established legal practice in East Belfast.
In this role, you will provide direct support to one solicitor, assisting with a caseload of residential conveyancing files. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a professional and friendly team, handling good quality work in a supportive environment.
Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
Managing case files from instruction to completion
Handling telephone and email enquiries
General administrative duties including diary management and filing
Previous experience in a legal secretary role, ideally within conveyancing
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
A positive and collaborative working culture
