Your new company This regional law firm is a modern, fast‑growing legal practice known for its high‑quality work and progressive approach.

Your new role In your new role, you'll support the Employment team across a variety of matters, including employee relations issues, contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy and restructuring, and Employment Tribunal litigation.

You'll gain hands‑on experience from day one, working closely with clients and contributing to the smooth running of cases.

What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need 6-12 months' experience in a similar paralegal position, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive approach and a genuine interest in employment law will help you thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
