• Previous experience working as an Aviation Paralegal.
• Practical exposure to aircraft deliveries and/or aviation leasing is required.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting aviation lawyers with transactional and deal‑related work.
• Assisting with aircraft delivery processes, including preparation and management of delivery documentation.
• Organising, drafting and collating ancillary and completion documents.
• Undertaking legal research and providing drafting support where required.
