Role overview

The firm is seeking a Post-Completions Paralegal to join its Real Estate & Projects team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors on a broad range of property transactions as well as building their own caseload.

Key Responsibilities

Work on high volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales; Post completion including dealing with requisitions; Assist in relation to stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals; Manage a large number of deadlines relating to a variety of transactions at any one time; Legal research

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous real estate paralegal experience, in particular dealing with post completion.
