In our dynamic kitchen environment, you’ll lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food and service. You’re passionate about upholding high standards in food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring that every dish delights our guests. We operate in a fast-paced setting, making real-time decisions to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.

Collaboration is essential—working closely with the front-of-house team and our support centre to align operational, commercial, and guest-focused goals. As our business evolves, you’ll remain adaptable, proactive, and ready to embrace new challenges, supporting your own career growth as well as that of your team, and creating better moments for everyone involved.

Previous experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Passion for high-quality food and guest experience.

Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong financial awareness and cost-control abilities.

A proactive approach to training and developing a team.
