Residential Conveyancer, North Yorkshire, 5 + Years’ experience, up to £45,000. A reputable firm with offices across the region is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

OVERVIEW:

• The appointed conveyancer will manage their own diverse caseload of residential property matters, including (but not limited to) freehold, unregistered, and shared ownership transactions.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department, gaining hands-on experience and valuable exposure to strategic decision-making.
• Applications are invited from qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with at least 5 years’ experience independently managing a caseload of conveyancing matters
