Overview

White Stuff - Leicester, GB

White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women's and men's clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive. Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We're sociable, talented, and like-minded and we're not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

You will be based at home; therefore, a reliable internet connection is required. The hours will be evening and weekends. This will be 4 days across the full week. Evenings will be 4pm to 8pm and the weekend hours will be 11am to 3pm. A flexible approach is required as you will be scheduled across the full week. The rota will be published in advance. Initial training will take place remotely during office hours for 1 week, therefore daytime availability is essential during this time.

Knowledge and experience
  • Experience of communicating with customers effectively via Live Chat and Email.
  • The ability to deliver high volume and accurate responses whilst maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Cheerful disposition with a flexible and positive approach to work and others.
  • To demonstrably promote the White Stuff brand, ethos, and values in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

  • Responsible for providing amazing customer service to our customers via the Email and Live Chat.
