A leading Medical Tech company in London seeks a Principal Consultant to guide software development strategies and technical roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data engineering and cloud infrastructure, working cross-functionally to tackle complex challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to join a leading contributor in transforming healthcare and treatments as we know it while working with the tech that you love.
As the principal consultant, you’ll have a voice of influence when it comes to advising on the software development strategy as well as being responsible for laying out the technical roadmap for forthcoming projects.
You’ll work closely alongside the group product manager and draw on your subject matter knowledge to inform critical decisions related to data, cloud, and software across a plethora of projects. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with other teams that will look to you for top-level guidance and expertise.
Your extensive technical expertise will play a pivotal role in major decisions such as ‘Build VS Buy’.
Additionally, you will evaluate new cloud-based products and analytics tools, engaging in discussions with vendors and third-party suppliers as necessary.
Ideally, you’re an individual who excels at unravelling challenges with minimal information, adeptly navigating across various teams and squads to devise and implement solutions. Ideally, you possess a background in data engineering, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructure and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
