Aufgaben
Coach apprentices on a one-to-one basis, monitoring and assessing their progress.
Develop and review schemes of learning, lesson delivery and assessment plans.
Maintain records to track student achievement and performance.
Work closely with employers for progress reviews.
Ensure apprentices reach their planned gateway date.
Prepare and provide developmental histories as required.
Collaborate with college providers and end-point assessment organisations.
Partner with employers and training providers for compliance.
Kenntnisse
Current industry experience in Engineering
Experience delivering apprenticeships
Experience working with employers in a college provider setting
Ausbildung
A1 or TAQA 301-3 Assessor Award
Engineering vocational qualification at level 3 or above
Numeracy and literacy qualifications (minimum Level 2)
