What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing relationships with Mortgage & Protection candidates (both new and established).
• Identifying and engaging suitable candidates through direct and indirect approaches.
• Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to securing interviews for our Sales Management team.
• Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and leading job boards to map potential candidates.
• Maintaining accurate records on internal systems and reporting outcomes to senior management.

Essential Requirements

• Recruitment experience of no less than 3 years within an internal recruiter or recruitment agency role.
• Experience in financial services recruitment.
• Exceptional sales record with access to prospects who may be interested in joining from day one.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong history of building candidate relationships.
• Ambitious, driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding service to candidates.
• Highly organised, able to work under own initiative and meet key objectives.
• Strong IT skills.
• Right to live and work in the UK (evidence required in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
• Valid full UK driving licence.
• Education to at least A‑Level standard or equivalent.

• Candidates with a background in recruiting self‑employed mortgage & protection advisors.
• Deep understanding of the mortgage & protection sector.
