Your role

Are you highly motivated with infectious enthusiasm? Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment?

If you’re a passionate and driven sales professional, we’d love you to join us as National Sales Manager in our Industrial Air division.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating a dynamic team of 12 remote salespeople across the UK.

  • Driving growth through market presence, lead generation, and continuous competence development.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to accelerate sales, while adapting and improving them over time.

  • Taking full responsibility for Industrial Air sales

  • Building strong relationships with product companies, staying current with developments and providing feedback to improve offerings.

  • Travelling extensively across the UK (80%+) and occasionally abroad to support your team and meet customer needs.

To succeed, you will need
