Job summary
A leading technology firm is seeking a VP of Quality Engineering to lead test engineering and quality at scale. This role involves full accountability for quality outcomes across engineering teams and managing a team of about 40 engineers. The candidate should demonstrate a proven leadership background, having deep hands-on experience in automation and performance engineering, along with strong technical credibility. This is an opportunity for a senior leader to shape the quality landscape while focusing on sustainable engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership of large-scale Test / Quality Engineering functions.
- Deep, hands‑on experience in automation, performance, and quality system design.
- Experience leading managers-of-managers with strong technical credibility.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end Test Engineering strategy.
- Lead quality across four pillars: Functional & Regression Testing, Test Automation, Performance Engineering, Certification & Compliance Testing.
- Act as a senior technical authority on testing strategy, automation, and quality systems.
